Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the 47130 platform. Registering more than one account under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or permanently closed without refund of any remaining balance.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. 47130 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time through the Know Your Customer (KYC) process. Failure to submit the requested verification documents within the specified timeframe may result in a temporary account suspension or closure.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. All activity carried out through your account is your responsibility, whether performed by you or by any third party who gains access due to your negligence. Payment Information, Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the 47130 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Account Policy — Suspension, Closure & Termination
47130 reserves the right to suspend or close a user account at any time without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of a breach of these terms, fraud, money laundering, use of unauthorised software to manipulate games, or any activity that violates applicable Malaysian law.
Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact the 47130 support team. Any eligible balance will be processed in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures, subject to applicable conditions. Closed accounts cannot be reopened except at the sole discretion of 47130.
Any remaining balance in an account suspended due to a terms violation is subject to review and may be forfeited if the investigation confirms fraud or verified misuse.
Grounds for Account Suspension: Breach of terms, identity fraud, use of manipulation software, multiple accounts, money laundering activity, failure to submit requested KYC documents, or directions from relevant authorities.
Changes to Terms & Governing Law
47130 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on this website. We will endeavour to notify users of significant changes via in-platform notices or the registered email address. Nonetheless, it remains the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms or the use of the 47130 platform shall be resolved in accordance with established procedures under Malaysian jurisdiction.
